Payment Policy

Your payment is captured at checkout rather than at despatch, and matches the confirmation total exactly.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 718-280-9028 during Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM (ET). Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday or email contact@atechhaven.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Everything is priced in USD. No sales tax is added at present, and delivery is itemised separately.

Security

Your card data goes straight to the payment processor over an encrypted link. It does not touch our database.

Declined payments

Failed payments do not create orders. Where your bank shows a pending amount, it drops off without action from us.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
