   We collect the name, address, email and telephone number needed to deliver an order and to contact you about it. We hold no card numbers.

2. Why we collect it

   Your data is used for fulfilment, customer service and statutory record keeping. It is not sold, rented or traded.

3. Who else sees it

   Data goes to two places: the carrier, for delivery, and the payment provider, for the transaction. Otherwise it stays with us unless a court or regulator requires otherwise.

4. Cookies

   We use functional cookies for the basket and the session. Disabling them in the browser breaks checkout but has no other consequence.

5. How long we keep it

   Retention follows statutory accounting periods for orders; other correspondence is deleted once the matter is finished.

6. Your rights

   Requests to access, correct or delete your information go to contact@atechhaven.shop and are answered inside thirty days, subject to record-keeping law.

7. Children

   This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and will delete any such record brought to our attention.
