Refund and Returns Policy

What we can accept

Returned items need to be in resaleable condition: unused, undamaged, complete and in the packaging they came in.

• Screen protectors and privacy film cannot be returned once the adhesive liner has been peeled. Unopened packs are fully returnable.
• Vinyl skins are cut to size and applied with permanent adhesive; once removed from the backing sheet they are not resaleable.
• Stands, sleeves, lap desks and repair kits may be returned unused and in the original packaging, with all tools and inserts present.

Starting a return

1. Contact contact@atechhaven.shop quoting your order number. We reply with an authorisation and the return address within two business days.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging, with the authorisation reference enclosed, and post it to the address we give you.
3. The cost of returning an unwanted item sits with the customer. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are returned at our expense.
4. After inspection we refund the original payment method within five business days. The delivery charge you paid is only refunded when the order was faulty or wrong.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Defects are put right at our cost: a replacement or a full refund including delivery. Contact us with a photograph as soon as you notice.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges as a single transaction. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement; that way the second item is reserved from stock immediately rather than waiting on the first parcel reaching us.
